Buck Automation's products are founded on the basis that
processing direct mail shouldn't be difficult. We improved on the best of all
current technology. Most Operator adjustments and the source of many jams have
been totally eliminated, increasing throughput while making downtime and waste
a past concern. Maintenance is greatly simplified. Many more features have been
added that allow you to offer a competitive advantage to your customers.
Dedicated to increasing Direct Mail throughput and your
profitability. We start our innovations with a simple inserter design that is
easy to operate (SAMI™), and continue with essential components for your
operations such as inkjet (JIMI™), labeling/tabbing(LIBI™/TABI™),
and camera matching (MIMI™). Our products offer you an outstanding ROI
(Return On Investment)
INSERTING
The old design of the "swing-arm"
mail inserter is more than 70 years
old!

It was the world's most popular and versatile design but has
remained basically unchanged UNTIL NOW. Mail inserters (of all types)
traditionally have been the poorest performing printing/mailing automation
machines in wide use today. Until now envelopes and inserts regularly jammed or
miss-fed every 5 minutes or less. Buck Automation has identified the problems
and eliminated them
.
Finally after 70 years the Swing
Arm Mail Inserter problems have been addressed!
Our Direct-Mail inserter, SAMI(tm) changed many of the
inserter's paper feeding, stuffing components, and machine techniques from the
original design. We kept what works and changed the rest. The development of
our unique swing-arm inserter solutions is the result of years of research and
field-testing. Comprehensive patent applications cover the elegantly simple
design.
Buck Automation's SAMI™
improvements to insertering:
~ Eliminated most all
sources of jams and mis-feeds, for more predictable performance.
~ SAMI™ eliminates
almost all operator adjustments. It is now possible to achieve significantly
higher net throughput with much less skilled labor.
~ We greatly simplified
the machine design. You don’t need expensive service contracts to meet your
production commitments.

SAMI(tm)
(Swing-Arm-Mail-Inserter) The future of the direct mail industry!
INKJET
Our new features make all other inkjet systems obsolete. We
improved performance and added the essential features you need. New versatile
feeding technology, much improved material handling, new dryer design, twice
the speed, twice the resolution, Intelligent bar codes, automatic capping stations
and much more.
Match Mail, Monitoring
Integrity
Affordable, simple to use, complete mail and data integrity,
